and integrated case management services for more than twelve years. Our
case managers possess strong clinical backgrounds with specialized experience
in occupational health medicine, workers' compensation, case management,
utilization review, and short term and long term disability. Many of
our case managers hold advanced clinical credentials including Certified
Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS),
Case Manager Certified (CMC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
(CRC), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

our program can be customized to support all levels of case management
including early telephonic intervention, traditional field case management,
