Untangling Excess Cost, Absence, and Injury: How Employers Find Causes (and Solutions) with Unique Integrated Data
Most companies link absence and workers’ compensation data with only a few other sources, perhaps health claims and demographics. In this dynamic presentation, WorkPartners researchers will share critical insights on how absence and injury relate to other business metrics. Attendees will see various examples of underlying drivers of workplace absence and injury—from seniority, time of day to time-off policies—and how these can be used to improve human capital outcomes.
