Description:

We all understand that encouraging employees to return to work with or without restrictions is a positive for any organization. However, the return-to-work (RTW) process is often stressful for the employee returning from leave. Co-workers who provided coverage while the employee was out wanting to get back to their normal job duties; people or even job duties change; communication about changes post-return may not be sufficient; and the employee may still be feeling off following the leave. This interactive session will review some of the latest research on resilience, how an employer can support employees in times of leave and how employers can support those left behind to ensure that the transition to the workplace makes all employees feel supported during the transition. Leave this session with a useful process timeline to help develop a resilient RTW program at your organization.
